1. Acceptance
By creating an AuraPass account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. The service
AuraPass is a wellness identity passport. You build a private profile of preferences, allergies and intentions, then choose which spas may see which categories at the time of a visit.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide - particularly health and allergy information. You must be at least 16 to create an account.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no fraudulent profiles, no scraping, no reverse-engineering, no attempts to access other users' data. Spas must not store or repurpose guest data outside of the consented visit.
5. Health disclaimer
AuraPass is not a medical service. Information you store is for spa preference purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
6. Intellectual property
AuraPass, the logo and the platform are owned by us. You retain ownership of the content you create in your profile.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AuraPass is provided "as is". We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
